My Rates

Hourly Rates:

For small jobs I normally charge on a time taken basis as follows:

£37.50 per Hour (Minimum charge £35)

I will always give an estimate of the time a job will take. 

Alternatively, I can provide a fixed price quote for a job where possible.

Please email, text or WhatsApp me a description of the job, and some relevant photos if possible.

Odd Job Monthly:

Do you want to keep on top of your maintenance and DIY jobs, all year round? If you are happy with my work, you can book me to come regularly, at a time that suits you.

Just keep an ongoing list of all the jobs you need doing and I can arrange to work at your home occasionally, for a half or full day at the following rates:

Half day (up to 4 hours) £135. Full day (up to 8 hours) £260
